To ensure the rapid handling of a frozen meat shipment delivered by air while maintaining the required cold chain throughout the logistics process. The scope included cargo acceptance at the airport, transfer to refrigerated trucks, transit customs procedures, obtaining all required permits, and customs clearance for free circulation.
Result
Our team coordinated the immediate acceptance of the cargo upon arrival, arranged prompt transfer to refrigerated vehicles maintaining a temperature of -18°C, and completed transit customs formalities for transportation to a temperature-controlled warehouse. At the same time, all required veterinary and regulatory documents were obtained, customs documentation was prepared, and the customs declaration was submitted. As a result, the shipment was successfully released for free circulation while maintaining full compliance with storage and transportation requirements.
