Challenge

Customs clearance of equipment for a distribution center of a large retail chain
Challenge
To ensure the import of specialized equipment for a distribution center from Turkey, with prior clarification of the HS code classification and correct application of customs and tax benefits. To carry out reconciliation of the arrived cargo with shipping documents, organize the required certification procedures and customs inspection. To ensure customs clearance under the release for free circulation procedure, followed by the transfer of a complete set of finalized documents to the client.

Customs Clearance of Cosmetic Products
Challenge
To correctly classify cosmetic products, identify items eligible for preferential treatment, obtain the required regulatory approvals, and ensure timely customs clearance of the shipment.
Result
The products were classified according to the HS/TN VED codes, eligibility for customs benefits was confirmed for applicable items, conformity certification was arranged, and a complete set of customs documents was prepared. The shipment was successfully released for free circulation within the required timeframe.
Frozen Meat Products
Challenge
To ensure the rapid handling of a frozen meat shipment delivered by air while maintaining the required cold chain throughout the logistics process. The scope included cargo acceptance at the airport, transfer to refrigerated trucks, transit customs procedures, obtaining all required permits, and customs clearance for free circulation.
Result
Our team coordinated the immediate acceptance of the cargo upon arrival, arranged prompt transfer to refrigerated vehicles maintaining a temperature of -18°C, and completed transit customs formalities for transportation to a temperature-controlled warehouse. At the same time, all required veterinary and regulatory documents were obtained, customs documentation was prepared, and the customs declaration was submitted. As a result, the shipment was successfully released for free circulation while maintaining full compliance with storage and transportation requirements.

Challenge
To ensure the regular import and customs clearance of passenger vehicles using air freight, road transport, and multimodal container transportation. The project required inspection of vehicles upon arrival, verification of their condition and equipment, obtaining all required permits, and ensuring timely delivery to end customers.
Result
Our team organized international transportation using the most efficient logistics routes and transport modes based on origin and delivery requirements. Upon arrival, each vehicle was inspected for condition, completeness, and compliance with accompanying documentation.
